Portobello al forno - Baked Portobello Mushrooms 

Grilled and stuffed with zuchini and roasted peppers baked with bocconcini cheese drizzle of balsamic glace & served with mixed greens

Our homemade potato gnocchi tossed with tomato passata and fresh basil pesto sauce. 

 

Risotto al cavola rosso - Risotto Sausage & Purple Cabbage 

Imported rice simmered in shallots and sausage. Meal served with purple cabbage and Parmiggiano cheese 

 

Spaghetti e Polpette - Spaghetti and Meatballs 

Tossed with homemade meatballs simmered in our tomato sauce with fresh basil 

 

Linguine Allo Scoglio -Seafood Linguine

Linguine tossed with fresh mussels, clams, and shrimps with white wine snd tomato sauce. 

 

Linguine con Polio -Linguine with chicken 

Linguine with tender pieces of grain fed chicken, mushrooms, peas in a sherry cream sauce. 

AAA Alberta Top Sirloin Steak

Medallions Grilled to your liking topped with a pizzaiola sauce ol tomato garlic and fresh herbs. 

 

Piccata di Polio - Chicken Piccata

7 Oz Grain fed chicken breast pan seared and simmered in shallots and capers  with a lemon chardonnay wine sauce

Vanilla Bean Creme Brûlée 

Fresh vanilla bean custard cooked in a Bain Marie and topped with caramelized sugar 

 

Tiramisu 

Savoiardi biscuits soaked in espresso, layered with mascarpone cream and sprinkled with cocoa powder
